Zigzag sugarpot, cutout for spoon

This is a fun stoneware sugarpot (or a jar for honey, jam or spices). It has a vertical zigzag pattern in cobalt blue, which is repeated on the lid. The knob is a jaunty twirl. It is glazed in a lovely ivory glaze, with earthy iron tones showing on the rims. It stands approximately 11cm high (without the lid) and measures approx 9.5cm in diameter at the base, and 6.5cm at the rim.
