Olive branch jug 1L (A)

This slip decorated jug is a generous size, holding  approximately a  litre of liquid.  It is decorated in blues and greens, with 2 large bird shapes into which leaf patterns have been carved. It is lined with a clear glaze and the outer aspect is glazed in an iron rich  ivory coloured glaze. It would make a lovely water jug or it can be used for a bouquet of flowers. It measures around 17.5 cm in height, and is 8cm wide at the rim.
