Welcome to Gilliflower Pottery
My name is Jana Gilfillan. I live and work in rural Cornwall where I create handmade pottery in my studio, named after our apple orchard.
You are most welcome to visit my studio by arrangement. You are likely to be welcomed by our friendly spaniel, and find me covered in clay. If you would like to arrange a visit, please contact me
Treating the environment with respect, is a value close to my heart, both when practicing my craft, and on a personal level. I am a member of MAKE Southwest's Green Maker Initiative, of which you can read more here. Pottery is an energy-hungry craft and I am always striving to improve my use of resources. Returns
I hope that you will be very happy with your purchase, but I understand that in some cases you may want to return an item. In this case, you need to email me within 14 days of receiving your parcel. If returned in good condition within 28 days, I will be able to refund you. You will be responsible for return postage and packing.
I will always pack your item very carefully, but if there is any damage, please send me a photograph. I will contact you, to agree the next steps.
