Sugar/salt jar (toasty lid)

This lidded stoneware jar is ideal to store sugar, salt, coffee or spices to name a few possibilities. It has a cutout in its lid and rim for a spoon. Vertical zigzag lines running down the pot have been filled with cobalt blue, and it the glaze is an ivory colour, breaking into a warm rust on the rim. The lid is decorated with blue zig zag lines to match the body and shows some pleasing rust tones. It is dishwasher safe. It stands approximately 9cm tall.
