Sugar/ Salt jar

This lidded stoneware jar is ideal to store sugar, salt, coffee or spices to name a few possibilities. It has a cutout in its lid and rim for a spoon. Vertical zigzag lines running down the pot have been filled with cobalt blue, and it the glaze is an ivory colour, breaking into a warm rust on the rim. The lid has a jaunty loop as a handle, and is decorated with blue zig zag lines to match the body. It is dishwasher safe. It stands approximately 9cm tall.
